WEDNESDAYS Summer Reading Program “Magic Treehouse: Passport to Adventure” Wednesday mornings: June 11,18 ,25 and July 2, 9, 23 (no program the week of July 16th due to Vacation Bible School) and will be from 10AM -12 Noon. TUESDAYS/WEDNESDAYS THRU JULY 23 Summer Reading
for 2-4year olds will meet at 10:30-11:30 on Tuesdays through July 22. Elementary students will be held on Wednesdays at 10:30-11:30 through July23. Theme for the summer reading is Natures Super Heroes. We will have reading contests with prizes for top readers. Activities, reading, and crafts will be featuring nature's super Hero insects.
SATURDAY, JUNE 28 Annual All Gave Some, Some Gave All Event at the Bushnell VFW. Sign in 8-10:45am, ride starts 11am-5pm-all vehicles welcome. Cost $20 for driver, $10 per rider (includes meal). Breakfast 7-10:30am and dinner 4-6pm (steamburgers or brat, cole slaw, baked beans & chips). South Bound Band plays from 6-9pm.

Macomb Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting for the McDonough County Glass Recycling Project at 11:30 a.m., at the purple bin in the Farm King parking lot, 1620 E Jackson St, Macomb Friends of the Library Members-only Preview Book Sale 4 to 6 p.m. at the Library Annex 109 E. Jefferson St. You can join the Friends of the Library on location and get the first 12 books at half price as a perk for membership.

at the Library Annex, 109 E. Jefferson St. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. under one large tent and in the Annex. A large assortment of children/youth, and good conditioned adult books are arranged in subject order along with audio books, CDs, DVDs, and LPs. Proceeds invested in the Macomb Public Library.

SATURDAY, JUNE 28 Macomb's Weekly Farmers Market Although the Macomb Farmers Market will not be held this week because of Heritage Days, several of our vendors, including fresh produce vendor Amish Co-op Gardens, plan to set up in the Dollar General parking lot northeast of Chandler Park on Saturday morning. The Farmers Market will return to Chandler Park the following week on Thursday & Saturday mornings from 8 am to Noon, with fresh Calhoun peaches & other local produce, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches & baked goods, hand-crafted goods, & more.

SATURDAY, JUNE 28 Stoneware Fest & Swap Meet at the Stoneware Museum, 507 S. Sunny Lane in Monmouth, will have over 40 vendors, food vendors, free admission, free appraisals, interactive pottery making demonstrations free ice cream and hands on butter churning.
