The Annual Juneteenth Celebration was held on Saturday, June 14th at the Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ on 1500 E. Pierce St., Macomb with fun for the entire family. Attendees enjoyed great food, music, speakers and lots of fun for the children including a foam machine, face painting, inflatables and more!
Juneteenth has become the most wellknown celebration for the ending of slavery in the United States and viewed by some as America's second Independence Day.
