Chrystal Friedrich is a new Macomb Farmer's Market vendor that has lived in both Texas and Louisiana before moving to Macomb last October.
Cooking was a big deal in Chrystal's family and she has been a serious baker going back to her teenage years. Her hobby of collecting cookbooks, she has 28-30 of them, made her easy to buy for at gift time. Her family also gave gift certificates to cooking classes as presents, something Chrystal enjoyed immensely.
A brand new vendor, Friedrich makes all of her products from scratch paying attention to texture and flavor. Her business name comes from her homemade buttercream icing and her most common and popular products are cupcakes, brownies, and pastries. All of her fillings are made from scratch from the best quality ingredients.
Buttercream Bakery is willing to take special orders, text her at 210-712-7837. She requires a week or more advance time and some orders require some payment up front.
Chrystal enjoys setting up at the Farmer's Market and especially enjoys listening to our 'northern dialects'. She finds her customers to be cheerful and friendly and she hopes to build a relationship with her buyers so that they return to her booth often.
