The Prairie Hills Land Bank Authority (PHLBA) Board will be holding a board meeting on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 10am at the Spoon River College Outreach Center. The general public is invited to attend. There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the board meeting, should anyone wish to address an agenda item in person.
Comments may also be emailed to "Information@PHLBA. org". Emailed comments will be shared with the board, but not read during the meeting.
