The McDonough County Community Quality of Life (QoL) Advisory Committee will be recognizing all County First Responder Departments. The County QoL Committee is also seeking nominations for any First Responder who has contributed to maintaining or improving the Quality of Life in our County through their exceptional community volunteer efforts during the 2024-2025 year.
This award is for individuals who have never been a recipient of the QoL award in the past. A list of all previous recipients can be sent upon request, or visit: https://tinyurl. com/QoLawardlist Nominators please include your name, address, and telephone number for verification.
Submissions should either be a one-page typed narrative as to why this person deserves this award or simply click on the link below and complete the nomination online.

This special event will have a $10 admission.
