Taylor Baldi, daughter of Greg Baldi and Torrey Smith, has been named the MidAmerica National Bank Senior of the Month for October 2026. Taylor currently holds the MHS Student Council vice-president position. She has also served as the Class of 2027 secretary for the past three years. She has been on a variety of sports teams at MSH, including tennis and soccer and Taylor has recently taken on the historian role in MHS’s Spanish Club. She has received high honor roll every semester at Macomb High School and is a member of the National Honors Society.
Community involvement is also very important to Taylor. She is a member of the Dead Theologians Society and the Catholic youth group at St. Paul Church. Taylor currently works at Gelsosomos’ Pizzeria and has done other part-time work like babysitting, running the scoreboard at elemtary school games, and umpiring little league softball. When she is not working or volunteering her time she enjoys reading fiction novels, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Following graduation, Taylor plans to attend a four-year university and major in biology. Although she is not entirely sure, she is leaning towards a future in the medical field, specifically pediatrics or obstetrics and gynecology. As the October Senior of the Month, Marc was presented with an award of $100.00 and is eligible for the Senior of the Year Award in May 2027.
