Annual John Hallwas Liberal Arts Lecture Oct. 13

The Annual John Hallwas Liberal Arts Lecture will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 7 p.m. in the University Union Grand Ballroom. This year's speaker is Dr. James La Prad, Director of the School of Education and a Professor of Philosophical and Social Foundations of Education. Dr. La Prad's talk is titled 'Democracy and Education: Our American Experiment and Who's Sitting in the Empty Chair?'

Light refreshments will be served after the talk.
