Memorial Institute of Health & Healing Welcomes Courtney Rhoads
Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Courtney Rhoads, MSN, FNP-C, to the Memorial Institute of Health & Healing. Rhoads will provide integrative and family medicine services to patients ages two and older, expanding access to personalized care focused on overall health, wellness, and longevity. Her approach combines traditional Western medicine with complementary therapies to develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s unique needs and health goals.
“I’m excited to join a team that is welcoming, kind, and genuinely enjoys helping people,” Rhoads said. “The leadership team is open to alternative therapies and recognizes the need for those options in our area. Everyone has been helpful and receptive to new ideas, and Memorial continues to grow and develop into a wonderful resource for our small communities.”
A McDonough County native, Rhoads, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Illinois University in 2022. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner education at Bradley University in 2026.
Rhoads’ local roots are an important part of her connection to the patients and communities she will serve.
