The Bushnell-Prairie City High School golfers returned to action Sept. 17, heading to Lake Bracken Country Club for competition against Knoxville and Abingdon-Avon.
Knoxville posted a team score of 195, followed by A-Town (220) and B-PC (231).
Landon Ferguson led the way for B-PC with a 49, finishing third overall.
Alex Kohler was next with a 56, followed by Dylan Franko (57) and Oliver Leigh (69).
Rounding out the scores for the Spartans were Domenic Faught (71) and Ryker Ferguson (80).
Knoxville’s August Cramer was the meet medalist with a 44 on the par 36 layout.
In girls play, Finley Hess was the lone player for B-PC, carding a 65.
Kennedy Vanunnik was the lone player for Knoxville. She finished with a 50.
The Spartans were slated to head to Gibson Woods in Monmouth on Monday for meet action against United.
On Tuesday, the Spartans are scheduled to host Macomb and West Prairie in JV play at Shaw Creek before heading to Soangetaha Country Club in Galesburg on Thursday to face Brimfield.
