Joan E. Chandler, 72, of Macomb passed away at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, September 20, 2026 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb. She was born on November 10, 1953 in Juneau, Alaska. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
