Sixth graders took a field trip to Horn Field Campus, here are some of their reflections:
• What I enjoyed about Horn Field Campus was the place where we must get through the cobwebs. The reason I found that interesting was because I like activities that need teamwork to play. I helped a lot of people and I feel like I am apart from a very good team.
• The thing I will tell other people is that the trip has tons of activities, and you will enjoy it a lot. That is all I am going to say about this field trip. Whoever reads this makes sure you go to Horn Field before you graduate from school. Mohammad F.
• The activity I enjoyed the most was poison lava because we had to work to gather and we all had to get across it to when. If i had to tell some who had never been to horn field campus i would say it was fun and you had to work to gather and play other games. Aiden M.
• My favorite thing was the spider web because it was funny seeing the people trying to get through the web. The thing that i would tell a person that hasn't went yet is to make sure you sing the ABC's fast when you are on the plank because the plank falls really fast. Hunter N.
• My favorite activity was the web were you had to use team work to get every one through the web without touching the web. I would tell them that it is a lot of walking but if you stick with your friends it is so fun. Also you need to ware tennis shoes that are comfortable. You will also have a lot of fun. Nora R.
• I enjoyed the wobbly bridge because we really had to work together. You had to get just the right balance to keep it from tipping. I would tell someone that they should definitely go, it was pretty fun. Riley R.
• My favorite thing was the cross the lava because the thing required geometry. I would say that it requires a lot of team work so if you can’t work with a team then you would not like it. Branton S.
• My favorite activity from the Horn field trip was the spider web activity because it really made you have to think and work with your team its verry good team building.
• I would tell someone who had never been that there is a trail but every 50 steps there is something fun to do and there's a lot of team building actives and this big place with like robes to walk on there is rock walls too its a great place. Casey K.
• The activity I enjoyed most was the one where we used teamwork to get across the lava with boards. Why because we did a lot of teamwork and it was really fun to do, I was laughing and smiling because it was really fun. Lillie L.
• I enjoyed doing parter activities. One was my favorite which was when we had to use planks and bricks to get to the other side of the dirt. I would tell them that it is a very fun experience and you should go sometime. I would also tell them to wear bug spray because you will get bitten a lot. Joy B.
• My favorite thing that we did was the floors lava. It was fun because we had to use planks without letting them touch the ground. I would tell them that it is near a corn field it has a bunch of different games and it is fun! Adelynn D.
• The best activate was the spider web because are team got throw the thing 3 time a in one bell ring and we had 3 try and you only got to go throw in 3 try then 2 try and 1 try and that was fun. If I had to tell someone that has never when I would say enjoy it because your in the outdoors and have fun. Cayden M.
• The floor is the lava. We had to work together. If we touched the lava, we had to go back to the beginning. Someone had to help me. I enjoyed this activity because it was fun, and I got to work with my friends. My friend almost fell in the lava, and I caught them. Kaitlyn G.
