Spoon River College will be offering a “Youth Spa and Relaxation Workshop” on Friday, Sept. 11 from 5:30– 7:30 p.m. at the Spoon River College Community Outreach Center in Macomb.
This interactive workshop introduces youth to the value of self-care through relaxation practices and hands-on spa product creation. Participants will learn techniques for reducing stress and promoting relaxation while making a customized sugar scrub and body butter. The workshop provides a fun, engaging environment that encourages wellness, mindfulness, and personal care.
This course is for ages 10-15 years and there is a $20 fee to attend. Class will be held at the SRC Outreach Center located at 2500 East Jackson St. in Macomb and pre-registration is required. For more information or to register, call 309-833-6031 or register online at src.augusoft.net.
