The Bushnell-Prairie City High School boys golf team headed to Wee-Ma-Tuk Hills Country Club Monday for meet competition against host LVC, Midwest Central and ROWVA/Williamsfield.
The Spartans finished with a team score of 223.
LVC (Lewistown/Valley/ Cuba) captured top team honors with a 173, followed by Midwest Central (189).
ROWVA/Williamsfield did not field a full team and did not figure in the team scoring.
Sophomore Landon Ferguson topped B-PC with a 47.
Sophomores Dylan Franko (54), Alex Kohler (58) and Aiden Denk (64) rounded out the team scores for the Spartans.
Freshman Ryker Ferguson carded a 69 for B-PC. His score did not count toward the team total.
The B-PC boys and girls were scheduled to take part in fresh-soph competition Thursday in Macomb before the boys head to Gibson Woods in Monmouth on Sept. 1 for meet action against United.
