Remembering A Friend
Thanks to all our friends who participated in William Reynolds’ Remembrance of Life celebration.
We remembered a Macomb celebrity. We remembered a friend who could light up a room with their smile. We remembered a Special Olympics champion, a music lover, a music trivia champion and a lover of democracy. We all miss William. We will miss his smile and we will miss asking him who performed our favorite songs.
Thanks also to William’s mother; a mother who lovingly and insightfully championed her son’s independence, hobbies, and life pursuits. We are all transient in this earthly world and it fills my heart with love to celebrate and remember our friends and the gifts of friendship. Ross Braun Macomb, Illinois
