Bushnell’s Town & Country Fall Festival
Four Days of Family Fun, Live Music, Food, Parade, Carnival, Car Show & More
One of western Illinois' favorite end-of-summer traditions returns as the 2026 Bushnell Town & Country Fall Festival takes over downtown Bushnell Wednesday, Aug. 26 through Saturday, Aug. 29, with four days of family entertainment, hometown traditions, live music, carnival rides, a grand parade, flea market, antique tractors, classic automobiles, exhibits, contests and activities for all ages.
Presented by the Bushnell Town & Country Fall Festival Committee, this year's celebration continues a longstanding tradition of bringing together residents, families and visitors from throughout the region to celebrate community spirit and smalltown hospitality. Festival activities begin Wednesday with livestock events and discounted carnival rides before expanding into a full weekend of attractions. Thursday evening features the beloved Grand Parade beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by Family Night at the carnival and live entertainment from The Unforgettables at 7:30 p.m.
Friday's schedule includes flower, plant, fruit and vegetable exhibits, depot exhibits, the popular flea market, carnival rides and an evening concert by Captain Geech & the Shrimp Shack Shooters, taking the stage at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday offers a full day of family activities including the Antique Tractor Show, Auto Show, Kids' Games, Water Fight at the Fire House, Pie & Cake Contest and Auction, tractor parade, flea market, carnival rides and awards presentations before the festival concludes with a performance by crowd favorite Madd Hoss Jackson at 7:30 p.m.

• Saturday, August 29 – 7:30 p.m. Madd Hoss Jackson In addition to nightly entertainment, festival goers can enjoy the Grand Parade, Boden Amusements Carnival, an Antique Tractor Show & Parade, Classic Car Show, Flea Market, Depot Exhibit, Livestock Show, Kids' Games, Firemen’s Water Fight, Pie & Cake Contest and Auction, Food vendors and community activities, and much more!

Admission to the festival grounds is free, with carnival rides, food and select activities available throughout the weekend.
