West Prairie’s “Meet the Cyclones” Fall Sports Night is set for Aug. 21 at WPHS.
The evening begins with a Cyclone volleyball scrimmage, followed by a community meal, introductions of our fall student-athletes and coaches, and the opening football game of the season.
The event provides a great opportunity to celebrate the start of the school year, supporting the student-athletes, and come together as Cyclone Nation.
The schedule for the evening is as follows: 5–5:30 p.m. – Cyclone Volleyball Scrimmage (Gym) 5:30–6:30 p.m. – Community Meal (Cafeteria) The West Prairie Class of 2028 will be serving a meal as a fundraiser.
6:30–6:50 p.m. – Meet the Cyclones (Football Field) Fall student-athletes and coaches from the following sports will be introduced: Junior High softball Junior High baseball Junior High cross country High School golf High School cross country High School trap High School volleyball High School football 7 p.m. – Kickoff for West Prairie/Southeastern Cyclones vs. Blue Ridge Knights (Season Opener)
