Wesley Village of Macomb, and its neighbor, Grand Prairie, hosted events Friday evening that brought community members of all ages out for bouncy houses, sweet treats, games and music.
36th Annual Wesley Village Ice Cream Social The annual Wesley Village Ice Cream Social is a longtime summer tradition and the retirement center's main annual fundraiser. The King Graffiti Band played a variety of music from decades long ago, while children had the chance to ride a live 'unicorn' (thanks to Cathy and Brian Waller's tolerant and sweet equine). Kids and adults alike could take part in giant Plinko and devour delicious cookies, pie and ice cream, and bouncy houses and learning football and soccer moves with the Macomb High football and soccer teams provided fun activities for the kids to burn off their sugared-up energy.
