The Centennial Morning Rotary Club recently heard from Bill Howard, local artist and retired WIU professor, who has created a number of large scale murals throughout the city including the pieces at The Old Dairy, Gelsosomo's Pizzeria, Sports Corner, Hanson Field and now the Ice House Mural.
