Self-care is important, but it can be difficult for people who have experienced a traumatic event to calm their mind. Western Illinois Regional Council CCA Victim Services will hold a workshop on Saturday, June 7 at 9am. This workshop is for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault who would like to enjoy a day of no-pressure, self-care activities. There is no cost to attend and is for people ages 18 and older. Registration is required by calling our hotline at 309-837-5555.
The workshop will be held at a confidential location in Macomb, Illinois (we will tell you exactly where it is after you register). We do this to protect your privacy.
