Kent A. Renner 62, of Industry,
Kent A. Renner, age 62, of Industry, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL. He was born June 21, 1964, in Macomb, IL to Willard and Wanda Hudson Renner. Kent was united in marriage to Margaret Bisby on March 7, 1994, in Macomb.
Surviving to mourn Kent’s passing is his wife, Margaret Renner, of Industry, his mother: Wanda Parker, of Industry, 1 Son: Mitchell McHone, of Industry, 1 Daughter: Melissa McHone, of Vermont, 6 Grandchildren: Aubrey McHone, Emily Humphrey, Kaedyn Rechkemmer, Ariel Humphrey, Nathan Humphrey, Andrew Humphrey, 1 Great Grandchild: Keigan Rechkemmer, 2 Step Brothers: Scott Parker and Virgil Paul Parker, and 1 Sister: Julie Renner, of Galesburg, Nephew: Chris (Heidi) Renner, Great Nephews: Chris, James, and Liam Renner, 2 Nieces: Nicki Pershing, Shelly Renner, 2 Great Nephews: Wyatt and Wes Renner Kent was preceded in death by his Father, 1 Brother: Kenny Renner, 1 Nephew: Michael Renner, and his Step Father: Virgil (Pops) Parker.
Kent worked at Wayland Concrete, and NTN Bower, in his early years he mowed yards as well. He enjoyed riding on the side by side, drives in the country, and joking around. Kent adored his grandchildren, and loved all the time he spent with his family.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M, Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Jones Mortuary in Colchester with Pastor John Keck. Burial will follow the services at GoodHope Cemetery in GoodHope. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 P.M, to 2:00 P.M, Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Jones Mortuary. Friends may sign the register book at the funeral home from 8:30 A.M, to the time of the service on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Memorial is to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
