The Blessing Breast Center is inviting past and current breast cancer patients to attend its monthly support group on Wednesday, July 29, at 6 p.m. at The Art Gallery on 6th, located at 127 North 6th Street in Quincy.
The free event will feature a presentation on lymphedema by Ethan Boren, an occupational therapist, and provide an opportunity for breast cancer patients to learn more about managing the condition while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
Organizers say the monthly support group is designed to offer courage, connection, and conversation, creating a welcoming environment where patients can share their stories, build relationships, and receive support from friends, family members, and counseling staff.
The support group is free and open to all past and current breast cancer patients, but advance registration is requested as dinner will be provided to attendees. Participants are asked to RSVP by Monday, July 27. The Blessing Breast Center encourages anyone affected by breast cancer to take advantage of this opportunity for education, support, and community.
