Fine Work Done by Macomb Public Works
Macomb Public Works recently did some much needed trimming to the ash tree in our front yard (close to the street, within the City’s easement). It had been slated for removal but is among the few area trees that have come back strong and healthy. We want to commend the woman who did the trimming, as well as her crew member, for sharing their expertise, communicating in a friendly and professional manner, and going above and beyond the call of duty in helping our tree return to its former beauty. While Public Works in Macomb, like Public Works offices everywhere, has probably received its share of complaints over the years, we simply wanted to express our appreciation not only for the outstanding work done by this arborist and her crew, but also for the city having them on their staff. It’s yet another reason we love living in our little corner of the world.
