Reviewer’s Name: Sandy Shearer Reviewer’s Occupation: Retired Book Title: Theo of Golden Book’s Author: Allen Lewis A wealthy, 80+ gentleman arrives in a small Southern town of Golden. The mystery of who this Theo is and why he is in Golden kept me turning page after page. Golden is a small university town much like Macomb and Theo visits a local coffee shop much like our Sullivan Taylor. There are beautiful pencil portraits of local people hanging on the walls and he begins purchasing them and giving them to the person depicted. What occurs to each is a life-changing event. This is a lovely, heartwarming book about the ways people change other people’s lives. I loved it!
