Grand Opening Planned for June 27
The Reid Brewer Splash Park is open daily from 10am-5pm through Labor Day depending on the weather. A grand opening is planned for June 27.
Reid's birthday is June 30. The splash park is located next to Bushnell Community Pool, 161 Cole St, in Bushnell.
Clarification with the starting procedure for the Splash Pad: The pad is run on a timer that goes for about 6 minutes when you place your hand on top of the red pole next to the purple umbrella water feature. When it shuts off simply place your hand on top of the red post again and it will run for another 6 minutes. This helps conserve water when no one is there.
The picture shows the red post on the left. Simply lay your hand on top of it to start the water features. They are working on getting decals for instruction.
