Bomber Football Workouts Begin Monday

Summer Macomb High Football workouts for all freshmen-seniors starts Monday morning at 8 am! We’ll start with speed work on the field/track and then move into the weight room. Sessions are listed from 8-10 but they can leave when they finish the workout. Most are done between 9:30-9:44. Mandatory practice starts August 5 this year but summer lifting and practices are highly encouraged for all high schoolers. If you’re not a football player but want to get faster/stronger come workout with us! We want to maximize the potential of all of our student-athletes.
