The Macomb High boys tennis team wrapped up its regular season, splitting its final two duals.
On May 13, the Bombers headed to Alton to face Marquette Catholic with the host Explorers recording a 7-2 victory.

No. 4 - Logan Anderson, Marquette defeated Alex Simmons, Macomb, 6-2, 7-6 (2).
No. 5 - William Waters, Marquette defeated Carter Ingledue, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.
No. 6 - Chase Pruitt, Marquette defeated Kai Youshimura, Macomb, 6-1, 6-2.
Doubles results were as follows: No. 1 - Marc Simmons and Alex Simmons, Macomb defeated Stevenson and Anderson, Marquette, 6-3, 6-3.
No. 2 - Allen and Joehl, Marquette defeated Ingledue and Youshimura, Macomb, 6-1, 6-1.
No. 3 - Pruitt and Daniel Bennett, Marquette defeated Max Daytner and Gus Schauble, Macomb, 7-6, 6-2.
On Monday, the Bombers headed to galesburg for dual meet action against the Silver Streaks, winning 8-1.

No. 2 - Marc Simmons, Macomb defeated Carter Bohm, Galesburg, 6-2, 6-1.
No. 3 - Alex Simmons, Macomb defeated Carson Stecher, Galesburg, 6-0, 6-1.
No. 4 - Kennedy, Macomb defeated Jackson Warren, Galesburg, 6-3, 6-2.
No. 5 - Ingledue, Macomb defeated Brady Jackson, Galesburg, 6-0, 6-3.
No. 6 - Youshimura, Macomb defeated Charlie Ament, Galesburg, 6-3, 6-3.

The Bombers completed dual meet competition with a final record of 9-4.
The Bombers will head to Jacksonville for Illinois High School Association Class 1A Sectional competition this weekend.
Joining the Bombers at Jacksonville will be Alton Marquette, Bunker Hill/ Staunton, Chatham-Glenwood, Hillsboro, Jacksonville High, Jerseyville, Mendon Unity and Quincy Notre Dame.
The first four places in both singles and doubles shall advance to the state final tournament.
