She also received the Dr. & Mrs. Roth Inspiration Award, Duane Beck Memorial Scholarship, Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student, Lions' Club Scholarships. She earned volleyball and basketball scholarships at John Wood Community College.
Maicyn Shipman presented with the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen award. Skylar Hunt was awarded the Fortress Bank Scholarship as well as the Duane Beck Memorial Scholarship, George & Clarice Flower Scholarship, Kent Poulter Memorial Scholarship, Riden Farm Supply Scholarship, Lions' Club Scholarship, McDonough County Republican Women Scholarship and earned the ACES Merit Scholarship at University of Illinois Scholarship.
