Jacquelynne Rouse received General Macomb's Nola McEntire DAR Scholarship for 2026. She will be attending Missouri University of Science and Technology fall of 2026.
Jacquelynne is the daughter of Jim and Jennifer Rouse of Macomb.
Senior students at four area schools are honored for Dependability, Service, Leadership and Patriotism.
Griffin Schauble was Macomb High's Good Citizen for 2026 (pictured) Avery Esther was Rushville/Industry's 2026 Good Citizen. (pictured) Other winners were Morgan Lowe from BPC and Maicyn Shipman from West Prairie. (Not pictured) All the girls received a certificate, medal and a monetary award from the chapter in March.
General Macomb DAR chapter presented four History Students the Mary Stipanowich History Scholarship Award at the History Department’s annual awards ceremony on Thursday, March 7th.
Dr Tim Roberts, Chair of the WIU History Department, introduced each student and certificates were given by Sarah Curtis, Honorary Regent of General Macomb.
