MAY 14 Kindergarten Screening
Students entering kindergarten in Fall 2026 who will turn five on or before Sept. 1, and who are not currently enrolled in BPC Preschool, are invited to attend the BPC Kindergarten Screening held from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at BPC Elementary. Come and spend a few hours outdoors helping the Friends of Argyle and park staff remove nonnative plants from the woods at Argyle from 1:30-3:30pm. Litter collecting is an option for younger volunteers. Tools and gloves will be provided or bring your own. Meet at the park visitor center for supplies. Macomb Fire Station Safety Tour for Kids-between 2-3pm, Macomb Firefighters will show kids fire safety practices and tour the fire station with the. Guy Huston will read Wombat Said Come In with the kids and give each child or family their own copy of the book. The story is set in Australia during bush fire season.
