Wesley Village Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon Held

On Thursday, April 30, Wesley Village honored its many volunteers at its Annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Five volunteers were honored for their time and efforts: Pamella McLean received the Mind, Body and Music Award for providing yoga and stretching classes for Wesley residents every week, and playing the piano at Wesley on a regular basis.

Wesley Village resident Kay Walter received the Growing Beauty Award for the countless hours she spends tending to the flowers and grounds of Wesley.

Bill Jacobs received the Timeless Tunes Award for his regular 'gig' playing records and entertaining the residents with music.

Bill Cupples received the Miles of Smiles Award for his cheerful demeanor and for serving as the 'head chauffeur' every week driving residents on the Wesley bus.

Jack Martin was awarded the Caring Roots Award for his help making sure the grounds of Wesley Village look beautiful.
