The Macomb High boys tennis team has been busy in the past week.
On Saturday, the Bombers headed to Metamora for competition against the host Redbirds and Washington.
The Bombers were defeated by the hosts 6-0.
Singles results were as follows: No. 1 - Dane Hutchison, Metamora defeated Marc Simmons, Macomb, 6-2, 6-3.
No. 2 - Tommy Sopko, Metamora defeated Alex Simmons, Macomb, 6-1, 6-1.
No. 3 - Hunter Poole, Metamora defeated Carter Ingledue, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.
No. 4 - Matthew Poole, Metamora defeated Max Daytner, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.
Doubles results were as follows: No. 1 - Sopko and Weston Lange, Metamora defeated Marc Simmons and Alex Simmons, Macomb, 7-5, 6-1.
No. 2 - Hunter Poole and Dane Hutchison, Metamora defeated Ingledue and Daytner, Macomb, 6-0, 6-1.
The Bombers also dropped a 6-2 decision against Washington High.

No. 4 - Brandon Adams, Washington defeated Daytner, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.

No. 2 - Demitru and Adams, Washington defeated Ingledue and Daytner, Macomb, 6-2, 6-2.
No. 3 - Nick Winchell and Owen Ammerman, Washington defeated Kai Youshimura and Jaydn Glaue, Macomb, 6-4, 5-7, 10-5.
No. 4 - Lincoln Zuehls and Lucas Zekany, Washington defeated Kevin Wu and Owen Kennedy, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.
On Monday, the Bombers headed to Quincy for dual meet action against Notre Dame.
The Bombers defeated the host Raiders 7-2.

No. 5 - Cooper Smith, MHS defeated Isaac Gray, QND, 6-4, 6-3.
No. 6 - Kevin Wu, MHS defeated Lucas Ohnemus, QND, 6-4, 6-1.

On Tuesday, the Bombers squared off with Hannibal, Mo., recording a 6-3 victory.

No. 2 - Alex Simmons, MHS defeated Logan Allgood, HHS, 8-0.
No. 3 - Braiden Nichols, HHS defeated Kennedy, MHS, 8-8, 7-3.
No. 4 - Matthias Gosney, HHS defeated Smith, MHS, 8-2.
No. 5 - Wu, MHS defeated Maxwell Sorrels, HHS, 8-3.
No. 6 - Ingledue, MJS defeated Noah Kuse, HHS, 8-6.

On Wednesday, the team was back at action, visiting Chatham-Glenwood for dual meet competition with the home team winning 5-1.
Singles results were as follows: No. 1 - Ben Loeffler, Glenwood defeated Kennedy, Macomb, 6-0, 6-1.
No. 2 - Connor Pollitt, Glenwood defeated Smith, Macomb, 6-0, 6-0.
Doubles results were as follows: No. 1 - Talha Arshad and Aarav Patel, Glenwood defeated Alex Simmons and Marc Simmons, Macomb, 6-3, 6-3.
No. 2 - Nikash Madanagopal and Tripp Tomko, Glenwood defeated Daytner and Youshimura, Macomb, 6-0, 6-1.
No. 3 - Ahmad Hassan and Shiv Patel, Glenwood defeated Ingledue and Wu, Macomb, 6-0, 6-1.
No. 4 - Alex Simmons and Marc Simmons, Macomb defeated Madanagopal and Tomko, Glenwood, 6-3, 7-5.
MHS is now 7-3 on the season in dual meet competition.
The Bombers are slated to head to Galesburg Saturday for tournament competition before heading to Bartonville on Monday to face host Limestone and Pontiac.
