To further the Humane Society of McDonough County’s initiative of addressing McDonough County's cat overpopulation issue, President Bonnie Smith-Skripps presents a $4,000 check to County Treasurer Dana Moon for the county's Pet Population Program to assist with the spay/neuter of feral cats in the community.
