The Macomb and Bushnell-Prairie City High School track and field teams participated in the John Levingston Invite Thursday at Burkovich/Depler Field in Lewistown.
In the girls division, Macomb High finished fourth out of 15 teams with 72 points, while B-PC was 12th with 30 points.
Elmwood/Brimfield took top team honors with a score of 95 points. LVC was second with 76 points, followed by Illini Bluffs (75) and MHS.
Bomber senior Jordan Hines set two new meet records in winning the 100meters (12.58 seconds) and the 200 (26.17).
Hines also anchored the winning 4x200-meter relay team that included Nakara Byrth, Madison Nelson and Ava Huston. The quartet won the event with a time of 1:50.20.
MHS senior Dakota Thorman was also a winner in the discus with a throw 36.98-meters (121-feet, 4-inches).
As for B-PC, freshman Marryn Ferguson won two events, taking top honors in the 110m high hurdles (15.76) and the pole valt (3.05m, 10-0).
In the boys competition, MHS finished eighth with 41 points, while B-PC was 12th with 5.5 points.
Eureka won the team title with 183.5 points.
The lone event winner for either team was Bomber junior Charlie Bodiford, who captured the shot put with a throw of 15.79m (519.75).
