Patricia A. Wagahoff, 78, of Ipava, IL, passed away at 8:46 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
Services will be held at 10 am on Monday, April 20, 2026 at the Ipava Christian Church in Ipava. Pastor Brant Reed will be officiating. A visitation will take place from 1 to 5 pm on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the church in Ipava. An Order of the Eastern Star service will be held at 5 pm after the visitation on April 19. Interment will be in the Ipava Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Ipava American Legion Auxiliary or the Ipava Fire Department.
