The Macomb High track teams headed to Camp Point Central Monday afternoon for meet competition with the hosts, along with Barry Western, Liberty, Mendon Unity and Meredosia- Chambersburg/Griggsville-Perry.
No team scores were kept. Among the highlights for the Bombers girls were Dakota Thorman posted a new personal best in the discus with a toss of 38.50-meters (126-feet,
3-inches), while also winning the shot put. Jordan Hines won three events, capturing the 100, 200 and 400-meter races.
Ava Huston won both the triple jump and the 300 low hurdles, while Clair Thompson won the high jump and Allexis Gray the 800 with a personal best time of two minutes, 41.27 seconds.
