The Macomb High boys tennis team improved to 5-0 in dual meet competition this week with victories over East Peoria and Jacksonville High.
On Monday, the Bombers posted a 9-0 win over the host Raiders at East Peoria.
Singles results were as follows:
No. 1 - Marc Simmons, Macomb defeatedTyler Ramsey, East Peoria, 6-1, 6-1.
No. 2 - Alex Simmons, Macomb defeated Kaiden Story, East Peoria, 6-1, 6-1.
No. 3 - Owen Kennedy, Macomb defeated Aidan Copeland, East Peoria, 6-1, 6-4.
No. 4 - Kevin Wu, Macomb defeated Mason Crosswhite, East Peoria, 2-6, 6-2, 10-3.
No. 5 - Cooper Smith, Macomb defeated Jaxson Cornelius, East Peoria, 6-3, 6-2.
No. 6 - Carter Ingledue, Macomb defeated Noah King, East Peoria, 6-2, 6-2.
Doubles results were as follows:

No. 2 - Kennedy and Ingledue, Macomb defeated Copeland and Cornelius, East Peoria, 8-6.
No. 3 - Wu and Smith, Macomb defeated Aadyn Adams and Crosswhite, East Peoria, 8-1.
On Tuesday, the Bombers returned to the home courts, coming away with a 5-4 win against visiting Jacksonville High.

No. 4 - Eli Helmich, JHS defeated Owen Kennedy, Macomb, 6-1, 6-7, 10-6.
No. 5 - Alex Courty, JHS defeated Kevin Wu, Macomb, 6-2, 6-4.
No. 6 - Cooper Smith, Macomb defeated Riley Hager, JHS, 3-6, 6-3, 14-12.
