The Macomb Band Boosters have launched their annual spring fundraising effort aimed at supporting the Macomb Band Program. The Grand Band Sweepstakes is a raffle offering a chance to win a grand prize of $1,000.
Raffle tickets are available for purchase from any band parent or directly through the Band Boosters sales page (https:// square.link/u/Gk3Zc522). Tickets are $5 each or five for $20. The lucky winner will be announced during the Macomb High School Spring Concert in Fellheimer Auditorium on April 29, at 7:00 p.m. The winner does not need to be present to win; participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
Proceeds from this year’s sweepstakes will be used to send the high school marching band's drum majors and section leaders to summer leadership camps, where they will receive valuable training in communication, conducting, and musicianship, which will directly benefit the entire band program.
The Boosters have partnered with Car Care Center, Key Realtors, and Macomb Audiology to sponsor this year’s $1,000 prize. “We are incredibly grateful to have community sponsors who help support our mission of providing excellent music education and opportunities to all band students,” said a spokesperson for the Macomb Band Boosters.
