The Spoon River College Office of Community Outreach is excited to offer a course called Computer Basics Level 1 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 2:00-3:30pm.
Beginners welcome! This class will discuss the mouse, look of the screen, computer terminology, creating shortcuts, proper shutdown, creating and saving documents, and some basic information about exploring the World Wide Web. Bring your own devices and any questions! This class is Windows based and is being offered at a reduced cost thanks to funding from the ICCB Noncredit Workforce Training Grant.
The course will take place at the SRC Macomb Community Outreach Center located at 2500 E. Jackson Street in Macomb. There is a $10 course fee to attend and pre-registration is required.
