International Education Broadens Horizons

International education can improve understanding of how others live and work, and to introduce Macomb High School students to the culture of others, two Western Illinois University students from Ghana recently spoke to Nichole Rodriguez's special education class, arranged by Phi Beta Delta member Paula Rhodes.

Hawa Ibrahim and Enyonam Neku visited the class March 5, complete with a Power Point presentation showcasing their country.

'Thank you to Ms. Rodriguez for allowing us to come to her class, as well as MHS principal James Heuer who helped make the presentation possible,' said Rhodes.

About Phi Beta Delta Phi Beta Delta is an international honorary that involves those interested in international education.
