Wilma L. Williams age 78 of Blandinsville, passed away with her family at her side on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was born March 16, 1947 in LaHarpe, to Frank and Corrine Bistodeau Green. Wilma was united in marriage December 28, 1968 in Macomb to Lyle Williams, he preceded her in death on September 26, 2005. She then united in marriage on April 28, 2007 in Dallas City to Robert Williams.
Surviving to mourn her passing is her Husband: Robert Williams, Blandinsville, 2 sons; Brian (Anna) Williams, Carol Stream, Steve (Ellen) Williams, Blandinsville, 1 daughter: Pam Teel, Good Hope, 6 grandchildren: Kathryn Williams, Caroline Williams, Zachary Caywood, Brittany Mowen, Karly Teel, Kayden Teel, 3 great grandchildren: Waylen Mowen, Oaklynn Mowen, Crew Mowen, 1 sister: Phyllis Stout, Florida, and her fur baby, Buddy.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband: Lyle Williams, 4 brothers: Bobby Green, Harry Green, Junior Green, Dale Green, 3 sisters: Arlene, Francis, Carmella, and 4 infant siblings.
Wilma had owned and operated Williams TV for many years. She worked for R & D foods in Colchester and LaHarpe. She had also provided Child Care and baked cakes for many people in the area. Wilma enjoyed crafts, sewing, gardening, watching and caring for hummingbirds, playing bingo roller-skating and canning. Any chance she got she loved to cook for her family and friends. She was never afraid to take on a project no matter its size and it was going to be done right. She enjoyed traveling with family. Wilma was a member of the St. Pauls Catholic Church in Macomb. She always put everyone’s needs in front of her own. Most of all Wilma loved and cared for her family.
Graveside services will be 1:30 P.M. Friday, February 27, 2026, at St. Pauls Cemetery in Macomb. Visitation with the family will be 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Jones Mortuary in Colchester. Friends may sign the register book at the funeral home from 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Thursday, February 26, 2026. Memorial is to Compassus Hospice.
