Attended the Hancock County Democratic meeting in Carthage on Monday. Always interesting. Plans are being made for a golf outing and a fish fry later this summer in Carthage. Also, there is at least one candidate and possibly more planning to run against Mary Miller.
Plymouth Circle met on Wednesday at the PCCC at 6 pm for a pot luck dinner. I love pot lucks as each cook brings their favorite dishes. We have welcomed two new members recently and would love to have more. Right now, our focus is on finishing the renovations to the building but we also do community support as a nonprofit group. Please join us on the 2nd Wednesday at 6 pm at the PCCC for friendship and fellowship. The building is fully ready to rent. The chapel is $100 and the community room, kitchen and baths rent for $50.
