McDonough County Circuit Judge Nigel Graham sentenced a Quad-City area man to 25 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after being found guilty in a Jury Trial that took place in November of 2025.
Roman A. Rodriguez-Parra, of Coal Valley, Illinois must serve 85% of the sentence pursuant to Illinois Law.
The defendant sexually assaulted a brave 4 year old child in 2022, who was forced to testify over three years later about the assault during the trial.
