The Bushnell-Prairie City FFA had a great evening at the IL FFA Alumni Conference last week. The night kicked off with Curt Rigg singing the National Anthem. Bushnell's Ag and FFA teacher, Steve “Sarge” Sargeant, was recognized with the President’s Award, and Janet Rigg received the Dean Olson Memorial Outstanding Member Award. The Alumni chapter was also honored as a Gold (top) Alumni Chapter and for having the second-most Illinois State Lifetime Members. To top it all off, The B-PC SPARK-themed gift basket earned 1st place and was brought back to raffle off at the B-PC FFA upcoming Bingo Night.
