Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Center is returning with its “Meals with Memorial: Soup-er Bowl Edition” Thursday, Feb. 5.
“These soups provide the community with a convenient way to enjoy delicious, dietitian-approved soups at home, and are perfect for your upcoming Super Bowl party or to enjoy at a later date,” said Memorial Head Chef Amber Clark.
Soup orders, which can be made online at LINK, will be open from Jan. 19-30, with pick-up being from 7:30 a.m.5:30 p.m. Feb. 5. in Memorial’s Health & Wellness Center Teaching Kitchen, 1454. N. County Road 2050, Carthage.
Each soup is curated by Clark and Registered Dietitians Ashlyn Housewright and Jennifer Soucie to ensure balanced, nutritious options for families.
