Country music singer/ songwriter Keith Anderson will kick off the new year of invited performers to The Legacy Theater in Carthage at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24.
Anderson’s career includes Grammy and ACM nominations, chart-topping singles like “Pickin’ Wildflowers” and “Every Time I Hear Your Name,” and songwriting credits for some of Nashville’s biggest hits. He brings a mix of raw vocals, rock-driven twang, and genuine country soul.
Anderson has co-written multiple country hits, including “Beer Run (B Double E Double R-U-N)”, a duet by Garth Brooks and George Jones, and Big & Rich’s single “Lost in This Moment.”
A certified gold recording artist, Anderson was named one of People Magazine’s 50 Hottest Bachelors and Men’s Fitness Magazine’s Ultimate Country Star.
The 2026 spring season includes more rising artists, performing young people of the area, and tribute bands reviving classic hits from the past.
Missoula Children’s Theater will direct area young people in “Hercules”. Auditions for this concentrated performance begin at 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 12. Working all week, the students will present performances at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, and 2 p.m. Saturdy, Jan. 17.
On Feb. 21, John Mueller’s “Winter Dance Party” brings three giant performers back to the stage. This show is an official live and authentic re-creation of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper's final tour. It is the only show endorsed by the Holly, Valens, and Richardson estates, featuring high voltage hit songs of the 50's era: That'll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, Oh Boy, Rave On, La Bamba, Chantilly Lace, and more.
Commotion offers a tribute to the music of John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival on Saturday, March 14. Step back to the glory days of the late 1960s and early ‘70s with authentic renditions of the legendary CCR sound, Proud Mary, Bad Moon on the Rise, Down on the Corner, Have You Ever Seen the Rain and more.
Dennis Warner and the D’s takes the stage on Friday night, April 17, after performing for hundreds of area students earlier that afternoon. Warner's “Beads on One String” book, now in its ninth printing, celebrates our “connectedness” and features a bully prevention curriculum for elementary schools.
Award-winning and internationally touring, Warner's concerts blend folk music and serious, thought-provoking songs with lighter, up-tempo material.
On May 16, see rising country singer, Jenny Tolman. Fresh from Keith Urban's The Road, Nashville native Jenny Tolman is called a “ride or die” kind of artist. Billboard artist and nationally recognized country performer, her songs make audiences laugh, cry, stomp their feet, and clap their hands with her incisive, story-like lyrics.
Another classic tribute, Second Hand News, will bring the experience of Fleetwood Mac in their heyday. Made of six veteran Chicago musicians, the band features spot-on vocal harmonies, careful attention to detail, and electric live shows. Their authentic deliveries pay tribute to favorites from the band's extensive catalog of hits from the 1970s and 80s.
