Tangerine-Lemon Bundt Cake
For Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 3oz. pkg instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup tangerine juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten For Glaze:
3 Tbsp tangerine juice
1 lemon zested & juiced
2 cups powdered sugar Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
For Cake:
Generously grease & flour 10' bundt pan.
Mix together cake & pudding mixes, stir in juice, oil & eggs until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until a wooden tester comes clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Cool completely.
For Glaze:
Stir together juices & sugar until well blended. Drizzle over cake, sprinkle with zest. A nice and citrusy cake.
