The West Prairie High School varsity boys basketball team saw its four-game win streak snapped Friday night at Cuba as the Cyclones lost to North Fulton 50-38.
The Cyclones slipped to 5-4 on the season, while the host Wildcats improved to 5-2.
North Fulton used a 10-0 run that bridged the first and second quarters in building a 17-6 lead.
West Prairie answered by outscoring the Wildcats 11-7 the remainder of the period to close the deficit to 24-17 at halftime.
The visitors outscored North Fulton 8-5 in the third period, inching within 29-25 entering the final eight minutes.
