Children grades K-4th grade are invited to participate in the event, “Happy Birthday Jesus.” Children will do crafts, hear stories, sing carols and have a snack. All are designed to explain why we celebrate Christmas. This event will be held at the Bushnell United Methodist Church, 390 North Crafford Street, Bushnell on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Adults of Bushnell area churches are directing and leading the activities. There is no charge to attend. Pre-registration is preferred by Monday, Dec. 8 so adequate supplies are available. Registration forms are available at the local churches, B-PC Elementary School and Axline Pharmacy. Also a message can be left at 309-772-9407 or 309-333-3489. Leave a name and number please. Parents, grandparents, and family members are invited to attend with their children.
