Patricia Louise Dallefeld, 94, of Toulon, formerly of Avon, IL, passed away at 3:46 p.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in her home, surrounded by her family.

Cremation rites have been accorded with a celebration of life to be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 10th at the Avon funeral home. A time of visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30 prior to the service. Interment will be in the Avon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Macular Degeneration Research/Bright Focus Foundation or the Toulon Methodist Church, and left in the care of the funeral home.
