Free Range Yoga welcomes new yoga teacher: Noelle Flynn. Flynn will offer Saturday Yoga Classes for middle schoolers (ages 9-12) to explore movement and mindfulness starting December 6th.
Noelle Flynn is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Breathe For Change, a nationally recognized program that integrates yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning into educational settings. With a background as a full-time sixth-grade teacher, Noelle brings a unique blend of educational expertise and holistic wellness to her yoga practice.
Her deep understanding of youth development and classroom dynamics allows her to create experiences that are both engaging and supportive for young people. The Flow and Grow Yoga Classes will be offered all Saturdays in December except 12/27. They will run from 10:00am - 10:45am.
The Introductory Rate is $30 for the 3-week series.
Participants must bring their own mat. There are 10 max per class – so sign up ASAP to get your spot. Parents/ guardians must sign waiver upon enrollment and prepay to ensure a spot.
Flow and Grow Kid's Yoga (Ages 9-12) Through age-appropriate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, Noelle helps young people build resilience, improve focus, and develop healthy coping skills. Her trauma-informed, inclusive teaching approach empowers students to explore movement and stillness with confidence.
Each session blends playful energy with calming techniques, offering tools for emotional regulation, body awareness, and lifelong well-being in a welcoming, supportive space.
Passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces, Noelle fosters an environment where students can explore breath, movement, and stillness without judgment. Through yoga, Noelle aims to equip young people with lifelong skills that support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
